Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to improve the customer shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and confidential store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
