Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store remains organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service.
• Operate cash register and equipment accurately.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
