Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
