Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures while prioritizing customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
