Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and contributing to a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
