Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues, assist customers, and ensure the store's appearance is always at its best.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
