Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback, and adhere to store policies
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
