Job Description

Join Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely use store equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
