Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining an organized and clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and support the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and address any issues to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
