Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service standards. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report inventory, sales, and operational feedback to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service, operate cash registers, and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state and local regulations.
