Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise neatly.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
