Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to uphold our high standards of customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and stock merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Assist with store inventory counts
• Follow cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
