Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational aspects.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
