Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and control

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Retail experience preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail environment is a plus
