Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards and provides outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values - Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and meeting state requirements for beverage handling are advantageous.
