Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cashier experience
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
