Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
