Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
