Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding safety and security standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
