Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store maintenance
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to maintain cleanliness to company standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
