Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment handling.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
