Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and other store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
