Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, conduct inventory counts, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Capable of performing physical duties like stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
