Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to meet physical demands and interpret company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
