Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box Store 7171. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. This includes maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations or possess 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants should be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need to be ServSafe certified in certain states. Proficiency in English, and possibly another language, excellent interpersonal skills, basic math capabilities, and organizational skills are required.
- Physical Requirements: The role entails standing and walking most of the shift, lifting weights, operating equipment, and interacting with guests.
