Job Description

We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. You will provide support in customer service, stocking, sanitation, and help maintain a positive company image through efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and organization of cases and shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
• Follow established procedures for food safety, sanitation, and work practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.
