Job Description
We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be part of our warehouse operations team responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse associates work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Through our comprehensive training and safety program, you will gain the necessary skills to succeed in your role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies.
