We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to meet store demands. Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Must work in various temperatures and physically handle warehouse tasks.
