Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with 30-35 average hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in receiving and relocating stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
