Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and working collaboratively with the warehouse team.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift
• 7:00 AM start time

Schedules

We have various schedules available to accommodate different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
