Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
