Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly to fulfill orders for our stores.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical strength to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
