Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, loading, and shipping merchandise to ensure efficient operations. From relocating products to maintaining warehouse cleanliness, you will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
