Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of hardworking individuals to maintain warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
