Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations at Aldi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Monitor compliance with guidelines for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll effectively.
• Promote a safe work environment and address any hazards promptly.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate warehouse personnel effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
