Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
