Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As the primary operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience by delivering high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience with 100% certification or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification. Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and integrity. Basic computer knowledge required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and attend to guests' needs.
