Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dedicated team at Aldi. As a warehouse employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, contributing to our commitment to providing high-quality products to our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
