Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective fulfillment of orders received from stores, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
