1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and inventory management. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations. This role requires adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
