1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical agility to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
