1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve budgeted goals. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, product quality inspections, and operating equipment safely. If you are 18 years or older, detail-oriented, able to work independently and within a team, and meet the physical requirements, we welcome you to apply for this role.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
