Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our teams consist of hardworking individuals who are trained rigorously to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following guidelines for proper relocation, sorting, and loading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, show resilience, drive for success, organize and execute efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
