1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at ALDI. As a Package Handler, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery to our stores. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
