Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and presented. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties to maintain a well-organized store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and address inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory management, cash handling, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
