Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and assist with store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
