1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The position starts at 7:00 AM for the 1st shift and currently hiring for Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
