Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Part-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving and selecting incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders for our stores. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, this position offers an opportunity to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
- Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within delegated responsibilities.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
