1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in organizing and maintaining merchandise within our warehouse and ensuring timely deliveries to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
