1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, providing our customers with high-quality products. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Achieve budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy products, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
